Here's one for you John............. http://www.carpoint.com.au/all-cars/...D-159752&Cr=49 I think we need to take bets on which of your fleet is first to go (be replaced) My pick is the TT with C4 be reverted to daily duties........

The red fetish is already owned in the Gruppe. No bets being taken on my next car but if I was then you are likely right, I'm stuck in the 964 world for a while yet.

With a heavy heart I thought I'd let everyone know that Kohi is about to lose one of its 911s. We're moving to Hong Kong in the new year so my 92 964 turbo is going up for sale. And my S4 Avant.

PM sent on the Avant!

Achingly beautiful - I expect to see Dave driving something similar sometime soon.

Could be, all going to plan. Much to do.

There is a good reason why the 996TT is in my collection, it's a far better DD than the C4. Even Kohi to CBD is a pain with a LWF. However, racing around the basement parking area sounds damn good. Maybe a once or twice per Summer drive. Horses for courses.

That car sure has come a long way since the day you bought it. Wow, looking good John.
Does your car set off all the car alarms in the parkade? My wife thinks I'm completely immature (true!) as I love rolling through parking lots laughing as my car sets off all the alarms.

Thanks Jon. It certainly has come a long way since March. A fair amount of sunk funds as well to rationalize. No, surprisingly the C4 doesn't set off alarms. The Turbo 3.6 does with a close passby. Strange as you would think the Turbo is quieter with the turbo acting as a silencer.

Sorry to hear you are off, but I understand your reality.

Completely understand, although it's rare for my relatively quiet 997T to generate enough noise to make it happen. Another reason for me to install a Europipe exhaust...

I think the Fabspeed headers and no cat are the culprits in my car! Seems to usually be Subarus that are most sensitive.

The 944 with straight through pipes definitely does that! Its kind of fun driving up Vic Ave on a track day morning and usually setting off at lease a couple on the way up!! :D It always sets off the wife's Gti when i get home.

Your car is certainly up there in noise.

Have just done first controlled fuel consumption calculation. 568km on 58 litres = 10.2l/100km or 27.7 mpg.
