Yes I've been thinking about that but also tossing up a SW chip for the 964 and a....... It never ends. I need to sell some wheels. 4 sets for the 964 is getting rediculous.

Thanks Jake. I've sent off an enquiry.

Have to say Paul. The GTS in silver with those platinum coloured wheels is a bloody good looking wagon. Better looking than the pictures Ive seen of the GT4 variant IMO. Kills the 996GT3 for looks if I can be so bold to say. Sounds good too with PSE option. On the track the GT3 will be the more rewarding car. That's what you bought it for. I reckon you could pick one up later this year and land it in NZ for 100K. Depending on the currency...

Yeah - but is it bettter looking than a 993 Macca?

It's a surprisingly big car? Much bigger than Pete's which feels small.

Accroding to Giltraps, they have sold 4 918's into NZ. 1 will never land here?

That's A LOT of cars for a small market..........

Yeah. Hard decision. They are both great looking cars.

Damn you are right about the size.

I just downloaded the GT4 owners manual and compared it to the GT3 owners manual. Surprisingly the GT4 Cayman is only a fraction smaller than the new GT3!! 107mm in length smaller and 35mm in width without mirrors and identical with mirrors! Bigger than a 993. Who would have guessed...

Paul. NZ has been beating world averages per head capita on most higher end sports cars last 3-4 years. Just look at Speicale, P1, GT3 etc and now obliviously 918...

If you're looking for a comfortable car with no handbrake, I can highly recommend a BMW 750 from the same era.

Cheers mate - I just want to be part of the cool kids group.........."A Gayman"

Yes I agree with you too Walt - I have an S4 Audi which is basically a V8 with a leather heated seat.

It doesn't go around a corner, but I do enjoy the car as my daily driver.

Those D90's are worth a fortune. Hold out for big coin on them Doug. In the desireability stakes they are right up there next to cookie cutters, maybe even higher. Who knows what they will be worth in 6 months.

Well yes, normally I would jump at the chance to get on the D90 escalator but sadly none of my older cars take that offset.
