Round two for eBay.ch Prosche 997.3 Airo lip. Hopefully lasts a little longer than its sibling.
Maybe shoot me a pm?

James - the GT3 is terrible mate, you sooo don't want one.
Great car, very fast, very agile - my kinda Porsche. I should have stopped mucking around and purchased one years earlier. You really notice the extra 100HP over a 993, the car throws you back in the seat under acceleration.
I love the sound the car makes over 4500 RPM.
My only critisum is the car needs a geo (which I knew) and that there is not a lot of torque under 4000 RPM.
Matt need your advise on how this is solved? I assume this is several thousand dollars of headers, exhaust and chip?

The new rubber smile on my 964 has white smears on it from when the car was machine polished after its paint job. What product would work best to either remove the polish and/or make it black again. I've tried a rubber/plastic rejuvenator product but after a few weeks it returns to the pre-treatment look.

i you did the geo when you had the Trofeo R mounted? Factory specs probably good place to start. I have the 996RS specs if you want something a little twitcher.
I wouldn't bother trying to find more torque if it were my car. With out a capacity increase its a fools errand I imagine. You have to remember you have 295lbft or so there and the 997.2 4.0RS has 335lbft so sure there may be 10lbft out there you can snag by investing $2-5000 but really will it make a difference? My new Ford Ranger 3.2 has more torque than my GT3. It's the first thing you notice how little torque it has (325 lbft) compared to the power output (90 BHP more than the 6.2,GT3). gT3s aren't know for their torque - the difference over 16 years from 6.1 GT3 to 991 GT3 RS is only 50lbft!! In fact your 993,is probably only 30lbft behind your Gt3. Turbos where it's at for torque - headers and exhaust might move things about a bit but I doubt there's much peak torque there. Matt is the resident expert so I'm sure he can chime in and correct me if I'm wrong...
Just enjoy it mate. It's just a zingy engine in a firmer more direct chassis with a bit more poised and grip than your old girl not a night and day difference but fun none the less. Be good to go back road driving with you in it when I'm back...
