I can only see road cars and Targa cars on the 4th of October. Let's chance our luck and run BB in two groups. She has done 1 hour races so this is not as harsh as it seems.
That would give us room for 6 or 7 comfortably - 8 if we are really pushing it. We just need to make sure she has good pad life left (a reason to run Pagid Yellows)
So far Dave, Sam, Doug, John. Others interested?

Looks like maybe $350 a set of fronts landed. I'll do some more research.

Impromptu RSG meeting at early 911 coffee morning today. The conversation eventually turned to BB. Consensus is to run her hard at every opportunity and tidy up some of the small niggles. The thoughts are that we need to: 1. Have some basic maintenance items - drivers need jumper leads if her battery is dead, oil and brake fluid to top her up, plus a way to change a tyre. 2. Keep spare brake pads and tyres. 3. Make her road legal (rear light needs to be placed and we need either a seat belt receptacle or a road legal harness) The preference was to put $100 in each to get us ahead of the maintenance curve and I suppose to avoid nickel and diming co-owners with regular requests.

Quick update on the BB run at HD Yesterday.
Overall cost was $140 for entry and $92 for fuel.
We had 7 session means $34 for each session. That's bloody marvelous cheap!
Hopefully it stays that way and nothing major breaks.
I'll TXT the participants my bank details.
Thumbs up from me for putting in $100 for future maintenance, something will come sooner or later, fingers crossed.

I have a set of wheels (no tyres) boxed in Australia I purchased a wee while ago and I'm looking to have them sent over. They are in Epping about 20 minutes from Sydney CBD. Anyone in Sydney anytime soon that could collect and bring back on your flight for me? Otherwise I will arrange for a company to have them freighted over.
I have also paid 113.00 into the account. This is 100 for maintenance and I think the 13 is for the petrol for the last outing John.? Sorry it's late and I can't quite remember the exact amount.

Hi Neil, my spreadsheet is on my work computer. However, my recollection is that there were 7 sessions and we spent $210 in total, so it was $30 each session. Close

There are all the tools that I take to a race meeting in my garage at HD, so trolley jack, torque wrench, cordless impact driver, compressor, tyre pressure gauge, socket set, screwdriver set, etc. and anyone is welcome to use that gear. From memory there is spare oil there as well (in yellow box), not sure about brake fluid. I put a set of jumper leads in the garage yesterday as well. The spare pads (Repco) should also be in there (I had left them on the passengers seat before yesterday). I dropped out a spare shelving unit to the garage yesterday so we can put that in front of or beside BB and put any BB spares on it.
Walter and Tony you have the next shot. Are you looking for maybe one more for next Saturday? I can't make it. Maybe Jason could sneak in a session before he goes overseas?
