if any fellow rennlisters are interested or considering entering targa i would be more than happy to offer my assitance.

For anybody who would consider having their car sent/picked up via car carrier:

i have secure fenced parking at my shop and can take delivery of your race car and store it my facility for no charge.

I also have a lift ramp and various shop tools at your disposal for no charge if you desire to quickly go over your car proir to the event.

you are also welcome to park your car at my facilty after the event so that it can be picked up by your arranged carrier again.

I have no affilation with the event other than being a long time competitor.

If you have a full cage car and are considering , than hopefully this may make it a little easier for you.

i also have pick up truck with open trailor for rent if needed.

What a great offer!! Can you extend it a year - as we can not go until 2011 as my navigator is one of the lead NASA engineers on the Shuttle and they have been swamped. And the car owner was slow getting his 944 ready too !

We just returned from Glens Targa training up at MoSport. Great time but tiring. And now I have to get somebodies body into race shape. May be harder than the car work !

I saw some of your posts from last year I believe and I will be reading tohose again.

Just kidding about next yearto house us but we will be working toward this every week. Is there some trailer parking up there as I may send #1 son with the truck and trailer.

My sister is running in it this year. 87 Carrera. I'm going to be there as her maintenance "crew". It will be a first for both of us. Looking forward to the event.

This year the Targa is going to be incredible. FYI: 2010 will see Kia Canada continuing to Drive Change by entering the Motorsports arena. Kia has a racing red Forte Koup SX in the 2010 Targa Newfoundland. The Forte Koup Team Wishful Thinking is hoping to raise $100,000 for the Children's Wish Foundation.
