She's Rosemary Smith, a famous Irish Rally Driver from the 60/70s and later. First Irish Rally driver ( and only one for decades until recently) to win outright an International Rally outside Ireland.
An old storey tells of the fan belt breaking on her Rally car and them using her tights to effect a repair !
And 79, she's 80 next week , well done Rosey !
