PCA Club Race at New Pitt Race Circuit - "Das Bürghring"

If you count the unassigned cars:
37 Red Sprint
24 White Sprint
I get the fact that the 944s are having the Nationals this weekend, but throwing the four (4) SPBs into their race seems like it would have made sense if for nothing else than balance. We have a history of those two classes playing nice in that combined sprint "sandbox".
In any case, all you Cup cars and GTB cars...be sure to wave goodbye when you pass!

Did you receive an email about paddock parking?
They were sent out to all confirmed registrants on Saturday morning.
If you did not receive this email please email me at ClubRace <at> ARPCA.com
Load in starts at 6PM WED and does not stop.
There will be gate guards admitting traffic 24/7.
However we are not parking rigs in their assigned slots 24/7.
Wed. load-in is from 6-8PM
after which you will be told to park in the VDA (large autocross area) until Thursday morning when we will again start parking in the zones.
Thursday: you may arrive all day. We will direct you to your assigned zone.
Thursday night 8PM until Friday 7AM again, we will temporarily locate you in the VDA until our paddock staff returns to locate you in your zone.
If one decides to park in an an area not assigned to you. You will of course be politely asked to move to the correct zone.

Driver of B class car might want to consider giving the vintage group a try.

The expectation was that when you replied to paddock email sent Sat. you would then be given the detail below. However since many have not replied I'll add it here.
Wednesday, October 11th - No Events
6:00pm-8:00pm Paddock open for Move-In / Set-Up
NO ENTRY PRIOR TO 4:00 PM
After 8PM - There will be gate guards admitting traffic all night. However you will be told to park in the VDA (large autocross area) until Thursday morning when we will again start parking in the zones.
Thursday, October 12th - ARPCA Test & Tune
6:00 am Pitt Race Facility Open
6:30 am Rig Parking resumes.
7:00 am Test & Tune Registration
8:15 am Volunteer and Race Crew Registration (no Drivers)
3:30 pm Driver Registration, Club Race
3:45 pm Tech Inspection Club Race
Thursday: you may arrive all day. We will direct you to your assigned zone.
Thursday night 8PM until Friday 7AM again, we will temporarily locate you in the VDA until our paddock staff returns to locate you in your zone.
Friday - rinse and repeat
PS - not replying is a bad idea. You will delay your ability to park in your permanent spot. We will process those rigs in line that already have zones assigned.

Electric
If you have reserved a garage or a paid for electrical slot, then you will be permitted to park in your specific assigned slot no matter what time you arrive. We are not going to prevent paid customers from accessing what they have purchased.
However please be aware that if you arrive at 11PM there will almost certainly be nobody to escort you to your slot. Please use the track map to find it. Email us for the map if you do not have it.
Electrical Map
Please use the map linked above to locate your slot if you arrive off hours.
Here is the complete paddock map.
