Low side:
1 set of Hoosier r7s
1 set of pads
30-40 gallons of gas
High side:
2 sets of r7s
1 set of pads
30-40 gallons of gas
Track support at 300-500/day
Prep/alignment and set up at your shop (fluids, suspension, etc...)
3rd gear synchro provision if you run a 915 trans
Might be more... my estimates are based on a few years back.

Jim Buckley has been fielding lots of calls about the car and it's taking away from his time.
Please avoid calling him except if you can compensate him appropriately.
Thanks.

E weekend:
2 sets R7 $2,800
Full support/haul $4,000+
3rd gear $2,500+
brake rotors/pads $1,000
rear axles $300
Fuel $500
Misc $1,000
Easily $10,000+++/weekend
And then there is travel, hotel, food, beer, beer, beer, beer, beer, beer, beer...
FWIW, 3rd gear is a problem for the 915. I know a few fast guys that make it last but not me. I bust it every weekend. So I have 2 of them. Have the new 915 installed Friday night so fresh and ready Saturday. Then rebuild old one at shop between races. $$$$$$$, never ends.

To save Buckley's time, here is the quote of the txtmsg he sent me when I inquired about the car: "I sold it in 2008 and it has had 3 owners since then so don't know much about current specs or condition."

Wow. I'd love to provide support to you!
I could retire early ( if I wasn't already retired). 😎

Ask your transmission guy if the dog teeth have a 9 degree bevel under the teeth. Porsche made them this way but current suppliers don't have that which makes the syncro engage poorly. I have a few early Porsche dogs if you want to try them. I run a 915 behind a 3.6 (310 hp) track car and my trans lasts 20 or more track days. It is critical to have a top grade, like WEVO ot Stomski coupling on your shift rod, to extend the life of your trans
