I first met Dave in 1996 and spent lots of days at tracks with him. Always had a great time chatting with Dave. He was a wealth of knowledge, personable and genuine. He will be missed....RIP

Dave was a really good guy and a great friend to Michael Melton, who also passed way too early, keeping Michael's memory alive thru his continuing support of the PCA Michael Melton Rookie Racer award.
I've drunk several single malts this past week in celebration of Dave's life (and Michael's also)
