All that said, I am comfortable that we will not sell out. The track is, after all, fully 3.6 miles.
Jacket order goes in next Wednesday, June 28th, so register now so that we have your jacket order but hold off paying in case you cannot clear your conflict. We will get extra jackets for late registrants, but I'd rather have a few too many than any too few.

David Murray will be at Monticello for PCA national as their race adviser to the GT4 CS series, July 14-16. When he is not busy with the GT4 CS series he is available to all participants to view their video/data or answer any questions anyone might have as the PCA national coach.

Noob question... Just got an email about registering any support crew. How do support teams/crew get registered? There was nothing like this for the LRP and WGI race. Thx!

Monticello Crew Fee
Monticello Motor Club wants us to experience the club as a member would, and that means breakfast, lunch, drinks party and Saturday awards dinner is all included for drivers. The three-day fee for crew is $100 and the one-day fee is $35. Everyone who attends is either a driver or crew (regardless of whether the crew perform crew services--think of it as a hospitality fee). Personally, I have made the drinks party my dinner on Friday--the food with the drinks has been that good and plentiful.
At the bottom of the driver registration form on clubregistration.net you need to put in the names of your crew and pay for each of them. Some support groups ask the drivers they support to list and pay for their crew, and the support groups can register themselves if they prefer. In the same place provide information on your parking request.
This is all unusual for PCA races, but once you try it you'll miss it at every other race.

Each crew member need only be paid for once... If you're sharing crew with another racer make arrangements between yourselves. If you're supported by a race shop, contact them to make sure they're covered with the event.
Addendum: What Chris said... he and I were typing at the same time. ;-)

If family might be coming down can we pay for them the day they arrive. Not sure if they are going to make it and don't want to pay for extra expenses if not used. Thanks

Yeah, been hustling to get the Spec Cayman ready for Mosport, but wife says she wants to go to Monticello cause it's "her" vacation, so been working extra long hours on the car to make it.

Francois, next year the $1.5B casino will open just down the road from MMC. It should have all the amenities of a fancy casino (spa, nice rooms, etc). I predict this will be a very popular club race next year LOL.
