X-post 18" Hoosier R7's brand new
Hey guys:
I have the ad posted in the member to member section. Brand new R7's 18"
(2) at 295/30 and (2) and 245/35......not even heat cycled. Sold my car would like to move these. Could meet outside Albany, NY if you are on your way to the Glen for BMW and Cups!
Asking $1250.00 obo. Also set of rains
(2) 245/645R18 and (2) 295/660R18, older but plenty of tread. How about $650.00? Would like to see these go, too!
R\Scott and Thankx for looking

Hi Scott
I wish my timing was better. I checked my supply of Hankooks and probably have enough for the season.
If I hadn't lost my VIR event I would need the Hoosiers
Sorry!

1st thing, what are you asking for the 295/30/18 R7 tires?
Here's the deal...I don't know if the 295 tire will fit in my wheel well...I run 285s now. Do you have any ideas on how I can get one (1) tire to see if it will fit the LR & RR? I suppose I could pay you for one...you ship it to me at my cost. If it fits, then send me the second tire.
Shipping via a FedEx Ground is surprisingly inexpensive....Shipping to 12084 would be about $60 a tire...
This may not make sense unless the tires are discounted form list. I can buy Hoosiers with free shipping. Just a thought.....

Martin:
sent you a pm. Not sure where you are located, CA??? I have a suggestion, is there a reputable Indy shop in your area that you trust? They will know (know about) your car...ask them if you can fit the 295 under the fender....you might need to have your fenders rolled???? Ask around and let me know. I know that larger tire dealers offer free shipping, I' can't compete with that but I am willing to offer the tires for less than list......perhaps we can make this work....I sent you a pm.

MArtin, I have run 295/30r18 on the back of my car, the rim ET and your alignment settings are critical. I had them mounted on a 10.5x18 ET59 Wheel, Needed 3+ Degrees of camber in the rear with the fenders rolled.
Additionally, the tread width of a 295 is the same as a 285 Hoosier, so is the section width from memory, the 295 is just a little taller. I have measured both on the same wheel to verify.
Hope this helps, both parties
