Does anyone know where I can find these seat rail parts separately?
I ordered a set of manual sliders from ECS Tuning as part of a race seat install project. Unfortunately, the 3 out of the 4 rails were missing the bolt plate that goes inside the rail and they don't know how to find them separately.
After a week, their solution is to just return the parts but that doesn't really help me.
Anyone know how to order these individually?

Can't really help but have to ask: why not get some steel sheet metal, a drill, and a saw? Looks like you could use one as a template and make a few pretty quick. If you don't have tools or aren't handy I'm sure any race or machining shop could do it quickly.

If not, they'd connect you with the manufacturer and you arrange it directly.
Sounds like pretty lousy customer service

I can't tell from the picture, but you can make that pretty easy. You just need the sheet metal to size and then a self clinching nut. If it's an M6, check out https://www.walmart.com/ip/M6-Zinc-P...&wl13=&veh=sem Google self clinching nut m(put whatever size it is) and you'll get lots of results. McMaster probably has them too

Thanks guys. I have someone drilling the plates.
To ECS's credit, they did attempt to contact the manufacturer but it doesn't appear those parts are sold separate and they did send me sealed replacements but those plates again were not included with the rails.
In doing my homework on seat mounting options, someone tipped me off that the manual seat sliders that come in early 2000's (01, 02, etc) Audi TT is the same as the ones used in 996/986 (plastic pull handle is different shape but that's just cosmetics) and should work in 997, 987, 981, 991, etc.
It appears these plates are not included with the rails from Audi.
They are available from ECS for about $200 for both sides ($100 per seat). Once I confirmed the compatibility with my 987.2CS, BK mounts and OMP WRC-R, I was going to share that little nugget of info with the brotherhood.
I will update when its all put together.
