Default brake taper

I have stop tech trophy 6 piston front brakes on my Cayman S. I am getting significant taper on the outside pad with the greatest wear being on the area with the largest piston. Is anyone else having this issue? Any solution?

Is the caliper set up with the smallest piston on the leading edge? Ie, as the rotor spins, does it see the smallest piston first? I had a customer who bought Boxster brakes for an early 911 and they were set up backwards from the aftermarket supplier, I just flipped the bridge and bleeders and swapped sides.
