Is he resting his arm on the door? The car seems to be moving around too much. Tire pressures too high?

Wicked loose. Even the still shot on the video shows tremendous rear squat with throttle! Maybe that's just the way a vintage vette behaves? Nice sound though!

Besides what's going on with the wheel and his left hand/arm...and that his head never turns to look ahead...look at how much of his neck is exposed skin.
Useful in a fire...

Jody was on pole for that group. Bias ply, treaded tires. Too much rear brake (his crew said he was looking at the tach for them...).

Crude, messy, but effective!

That's great, but someone should tell him that in the event of a fire , he is especially phuqued...

I noticed that he blew the doors off the 911. It reminded me that HP wins races, and that is why "handling cars" still get crushed by American Muscle, unless they get their own group. But, for raw lap time, big muscle wins. The biggest irony is when auto nerds say stuff like "Only good for going straight". Nope. This video is proof positive. Once he blew the doors off the 911, we never saw it again.

Hmmmm....I think he saw all the Porsches again as he was sitting beside the track in the kitty litter.... He went in there nice and straight, but he was going fast.

His visor is open too. Last fire we had at a race the only reason person was hurt because he had his visor open. Bad facial burns. Otherwise would have been fine.

Also does not appear to be wearing a Hans. Vintage racing is cool, vintage safety equipment is dumb.
