At end on Sprint #1 they impounded all the E cars. Put bore scope in intake thingy. Then told us that later today they wanted to bore scope the heads. This sent a lot of dudes into anger as many of us don't have spare gaskets with us (nor know how to take apart and put back together our engines) even though the rule book says we are supposed to have the gaskets.

Good news is that once again all Intersport E cars passed all tests. Again. Others, not.

Last year on new pavement Evan beat my previous year old pavement lap record. This year the lap records were smashed again and again. By a lot. Congrats Mr Martinson. I beat my personal best by 1.5 seconds. Martinson beat that by about another half second IIRC. Geez.

Martinson-Simpson rematch next weekend at VIR. And Hupfer is registered... hopefully he will show up. And maybe Evan too? Could be good.
