Default Lime Rock PCA Club Race

Making the trip up from Texas to race this incredible track and others in the NE this summer. First time at all of them.

Question: Is there an available test/tune on Thursday (20th) prior to the race? Don't see anything from PCA or on the Lime Rock website.

There is a DE on Thursday by CVR but it is noise restricted. There is a Test and Tune which is unmuffled on Tuesday afternoon prior.

If you send me a PM with your email, I can send you some video links.

Most events at Lime Rock are noise restricted, which would make it hard for SBox to get on track. Even my SP3 car is too loud for the Thursday before. There is the one day Frank mentions above, but Iracing will give you a pretty good idea of the line and the speeds you can carry through the turns there. And at about 1:00/lap and only 7 turns, you'll get the hang of it pretty quick

Gonna be fun! I've gotta finish putting wheel bearings in and put the car back together one of these days.

Wondering, will spec boxters run with us((SP-1,2and3) this year? Usually they are in a different run group. But attendance seems low this year and could easily fit in one run group. SPB-15 registered, SP-3, 7 registered, SP-2, 6 registered, SP-1, 1 registered. That's 29 total, so they can throw in the usual hand full of letter cars or SPC. I didn't check to see how many SPC registered though.
I just think it will be boring if only 14 944 SP cars are out racing. Here is another pipe dream, since only 105 entries, if we could do 3 run groups instead of the usual 4. And make them longer races to make up the difference!!!!!! How cool would that be.
