...well the near 80-degree weather will help us sweat it off!

Does anyone know if they will run the sound meters even for the unruffled event? I have a new exhaust that hasn't been run before, and would like to figure out if I need to rig up diverters or supertraps for future events.

No they won't. Usually, they only way to find out at LRP is to get black flagged. They then give you one opportunity to fix your car. You will have no clue where they actually measured the sound.

Well, not sure about the unruffled event, but if you have a muffler of ANY type you will be fine as i'm running the most obnoxious sounding car in the universe unmuffled, an SPB, and they will be pointing to me or one of my brethren if there is an issue..

They won't be checking sound at this event. However you could probably ask them to check your car to see if you can run on muffled days.
