Default Porsche Offers Track Tires

Apparently you'll be able to option 20" Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires on the GTS this year.

However, as far as I know, Porsche will not allow warranty claims resulting from track use. How does this make sense?

Tire option may be for an "OEM" car to run faster times at the 'ring...

edit => 'doh! See that they allude to that in the article. So - yeah - there's a lot of bragging and probably car sales related to 'ring times these days
