Default PCA Vintage Racing

Vintage is continuing this year with races so far to include Summit Point in September and Motorsports Ranch in November. We are actively pursuing other venues as well. We will announce as is appropriate.

To update what PCA Vintage is:

83 and older AIRCOOLED Porsches. PCA safety rules.
Over and under 2.0L four cylinder and over and under 2.4L six cylinder.
No National points.
Separate run group at each event.

BTW! Back dated chassis won't fly unless the VIN is pre 84...

I think this is great news. I'll be curious how the rules work out. Will the vintage classes be intended to include "period correct" cars? Or will the vintage classes allow pretty much anything that would classify as a GT class car as long as it's pre-83 aircooled? Will turbos be allowed?

It would be great to see some west coast races, tired of beating up on the Mustangs and Vetts in SVRA
