Two (2) of the best coaches that I know of. For you Data Logger types, have either one of these guys put down a demo lap in your car, at the track of your choice. They'll travel anywhere as long as you handle their travel expenses. Luckily they are both based in SoCal, so worst case is a trip to Buttonwillow of Willow Springs, or a romp out to Chuckwalla.

Once you have the data in your system, you'll have a reference point for all future events, until such time as you best their times (Note: It ain't gonna happen!)
