I think though, the upgrade package, is a still showroom stock, but they are DOT R tires and the carbon ceramic brake package...... so its race ready, but with a stereo and A/C

goodyear F1s are not really a DOT R tire... hmmmmmm, who knows the pads they use, but im sure whatever they put on would be in the higher performance spectrum, plus very large with 6piston caliper brakes up front.
be interesting to hear if this car really didnt have any tire or brake upgrades or are the F1s just that good ?

I'm also wondering about the top speed. Most cars are governed at 155 max AFAIK...

Good point.. the RPM vs speed sure is close to correct if not accurate. so, i wonder about that too. How is that possible? chip change? track purpose programing selector?

Also, GM test drivers have to go through specialized training, evaluation and a rigorous credentialing to drive the "Ring." Who was it? Mark? (Not you, Kibort...)

Drew Cattel was the driver and handling engineer.... havent been too impressed with the driving of others in similar tests.

often the 155 mph limit is on german/european cars. not so much on american iron. go 'Merica!

Again, no upgrades other than safety equipment as I mentioned. Yes, Drew was driving.

Stock/production Goodyears, brakes, etc.
