You need to investigate the way your website interacts with PayPal. Sent your "events" email address an email on this item of serious concern earlier today.

I’m not sure if that email address is monitored for replies. If there is an issue with this, it would serve us all, particularly Chris, if you would contact him directly rather than posting a somewhat cryptic comment on a public forum. There’s an email address on the club registration site, you could PM him here, or you could call him. He has his phone number listed here.

the only email address I saw on the website for contacting anyone at CubReg was the "events" address.

Looks like CR re-set all the passwords. Click on the “forgot password” link.

Yup
Old passwords doesn't work.
I haven't received the ransomware email, but since I don't have any cams or microphones, won't especially loose sleep about any "my video".

I just got the hacking email and it had an add an it to buy some stickers. What a clueless "business" I hope the organizing bodies that use him are aware of this.

I'm quite certain that Chris just sent out the default email, with not thought about the ad that might be attached. That "clueless "business"" is A GUY who started clubregistration to help out PCA, and grew it into a business. He's an instructor, and a very active PCA volunteer. If you were to ever run a DE program, you would be very appreciative of what clubregistration does and how receptive and attentive Chris is to the needs of PCA and the other organizations/businesses that use his service.

Jeez, just don't buy the stickers.

Ditto. Chris has been awesome for our club and offers this program and service FREE of charge for the benefit of PCA members across NA. If he wants to try to recoup some personal costs selling some quality stickers or products, which nobody using the system is required to buy, then all the power to him.

+1

Chris and gang are fine by me--twice I've had reg issues (both times my fault) and each time was instantly fixed with a phone call.
