not sure why they run it through ebay only, but there is usually a spring and a fall sale. popular tire sizes will go out of stock prior to the sale ending.

I was reluctant originally, but after participating for several years in this sale, I've always had fresh tires, in fact better than NT01s I've bought either in store or online through other vendors.
