Worst Ever Intentional Punt At Runoffs
This guy was mad that at the beginning of the race he made contact with another car pushing him back in the field. So, near the end of the race he literally STOPPED (complete standstill while car was still running) mid track at MADNESS no less and waited for him to come around, forcing several cars to take evasive action, then guns it when the guy, who was WINNING the race, came around and dive bombed him intentionally making contact.
If Im not mistaken this guy has been caught cheating at the runoffs before too for far too mugh HP.

If the description of intent is truly what happened in that video and the account on FB, then I would agree that this is not just an SCCA matter, but a criminal one.
