Default Who is going to VIR? Need some testing on new product!

I have the new design for the helmet cooling balaclava insert in and need to test ASAP. I can't get to VIR..my mother isn't well and have too much going on. I need to get a couple in the field this weekend. If you want to help, please make sure you meet the guidelines below:

*Must be running VIR
*Must have a current Coolshirt setup in the car
*Must have time to set up and test
*Must take details notes on effectiveness, ease of use
*Send me updates electronically this weekend
*Must be able to tether the apparatus into your current coolshirt setup
*Must respond by today COB..need to get them out ASAP

Balaclava portion isn't ready, so it will take a little "engineering" to get it into the helmet correctly, so please make sure you have time to do this. This is a RL exclusive..you guys rock!! Zero cost to you and you keep it. Respond here and pm me please.

I'm going and have a cool shirt setup in my cup. I don't have the ability to split the line into two so I can feed my shirt and the helmet piece. I'm also concerned that your piece won't leak on me and distract me.

You can contact me directly at Stuart at owlpest dot com.

Thanks,

Stu

I saw this one Cory F was wearing.

thoughts on this great concept :

How would this impact g forces on head on collision. I think a water filled bladder would provide less cushion than the engineered foam inside a helpet.

Also how would this impact functionality of save eject systems in most helmets.

Looks like a great concept however.

Thanks guys! Had some good reports for the most part. It will be much easier to use/put on once the balaclava is developed.

Next step is to design the balaclava. I have material ready and waiting so it should go much faster than my normal forever production process. Ah the pains of being small.
