That sounds like a classic bedding isssue. if the rotors are in good shape and you have the ability to do the bedding process on the hyway, you could get a better bedding.

I finally made the decision to change out my whole setup to Girodisks and PFC08. Should have all installed in the next two weeks. I'll try to make a SCHD video of the bedding process you described earlier Mark to help demonstrate the speed and brake pressure amounts.
