DE/Club Race @ Buttonwillow May 14-15
Attention Drivers! Less than 2 weeks until the Porsche Club of America's Golden Gate Region’s 2016 track season touches down at Buttonwillow Raceway Park (near Bakersfield) May 14-15. We've still got room for our Driver’s Education event at Buttonwillow -- sign up at MotorsportReg.com.
The weekend will also feature PCA Club Racing with practice, qualifying and sprint races both days as well as the practice sessions required to meet the PCA Club Racing licensing requirements. Registration for club races is at register.pca.org. The competition at Buttonwillow is always good, with our friends from SoCal joining us as part of our West Coast Racing Series.
And if two days of track time isn't enough to scratch your itch, our friends the California Central Coast Region are hosting a DE event on Friday the 13th (that's right).
To register for DE please go to pca-ggr.motorsportreg.com
To register for club racing use register.pca.org

See you down there! Seeing how the last DE was more a swimming lesson, I'm looking forward to some of that dry / arid Buttonwillow weather.

For anyone who has never been to Buttonwillow or done this event, it is fantastic. I've been there for both DE and club racing, and it's usually my favorite event of the year.
Super fun track, great variety of people and cars, and a great atmosphere.
See you there!
[PS - I think you meant less than 3 weeks...]
