Default Scroth Profi 2's

I'm going to be replacing my expired Profi 2 harnesses for my GT3. I do about 5-7 DE's per year. I currently have the standard 3 in. shoulder belts. Is it worth the extra $90 for the 2 in. HANS belts? I wear a HANS and the 3 in. seems to work OK but wondering if the 2 in. really is worth it.

Also, if I go 2 in. on the drivers side should the passenger side also be 2 in. or keep it 3 in. in case my passenger (instructor) doesn't wear a HANS?

Hans does all their testing with 3" shoulder belts. the 2" belts lay neater over the Hans and Schroth developed them as they like to see their webbing lay as smooth and flat over the hard parts of the body and the webbing stretches and works better when it's straight (not folded or curled - if the 3" shoulders are mounted correctly, the webbing will curl up the neck of the Hans device).

So either one works - Schroth recommends the 2". Hope this helps!

I would put 3" on passenger side in case they have no Hans. That is what I have.
