Default Trailex Ecnlosed Cover

I picked up a new Trailex enclosed and want to get a cover for it for the winter. Anyone had luck finding a close fit?

Thx & Merry Christmas to me!!

Good question Rob. I've waxed my Trailex every couple of years to keep the white shiny and protected. Never considered covering the entire trailer. I'm sure one the RV cover companies have an applicable cover. I have seen the use of large blue tarps when I use to store mine at an outdoor storage facility.

Looked into this, Trailex doesn't offer one (or many), pointed me to custom cover firms for RVs. Given all the Trailex versions (x'height, x'length, etc) one size would not fit all (well).

Indoor storage or wax and cover wheels from sun & hitch (coupling / battery) from weather stored outdoors seems to be the norm.

How about something like they do for outside boat storage, the white shrink wrap?

Look at Camping World. They have tons on covers for RVs, trailers, toy haulers, etc. They might all be too tall for the trailex, but could still work.

Most people who have them for their RVs regret using them. Wind makes them rub and they often hold moisture inside of them.

This girl sits outside all winter with no ill effects. Just cover the tires and you'll be fine.

This.

I was considering buying a cover from my enclosed trailer and someone pointed out all the scuff marks on his from a cover he used one winter.

If you are hell-bent on covering up Amazon actually has a few decent ones when I was poking around last year.

If you live in a area where it snows just remember to pull the snow off the top with a roof rake. Top of my trailer had a slight bow to it last year from several feet of snow on it. Now I know to take the snow off after each snow fall.
