Looks nice in blue!
Supposedly one at the Lime Rock car show yesterday but I couldn't find it. Bigfoot must have been driving it!

We had one at our NorCal DE Cup event this weekend. That car was fastest by far. None of the 991 GT3s (even mine) could catch him. Of course, he could have made a living driving a car. I, thankfully, have a day job and am just a hack weekend warrior.

So, then, based on this sample, I have to think that the GT4 is putting out more than 385hp. Because, on the same track, same day, same conditions, involving drivers of equal skill level, a 991 GT3 should walk away from the GT4. The GT3 has significantly more power, a much faster transmission, a more sophisticated rear suspension, and the ability to put power down more effectively coming out of corners. And initial reviews of the GT4 indicate a reluctancy to turn in--not sure what that's all about. Maybe production models are proving to be improved over the early press cars.
Regardless, it can probably be argued that the GT4 is a more analog, rewarding car to drive. Saw three of them at the Werks Reunion in Carmel a couple of weeks ago. I was drooling.

Reference point re. the Gt3 vs Gt4 discussion....
Daniel Morad (very good shoe, IMSA cup driver with a few wins under his belt this season) was running both cars for local dealer at Mosport last week. Both stock with as delivered street tires.
He did 1:29s in the Gt3 and mid 1:31s in the Gt4.
