Poor chaps driving the Ferraris - I personally witnessed them spin 6 times throughout the weekend....

Ahhh, what crappy weather. 45 and rainy. Then I got home to Chicago, 14 and snowing! :-)

Everyone thought the weather on Sunday would be nicer than Saturday.....little did we know. Oh well, it's a fantastic venue and they've come a long way since I first visited in Feb of 2013 (no red flags!). Great way to finish off the 2014 track season.

One of those red Ferraris spun at turn 1 on the out lap. I had a good chuckle.

Yes at least COTA learned what red flags were for after we left. Weather was good in 2013 though.

That will get the heart pumping, both you and the guy in the silver BMW. That runoff is smaller than it looks while the armco is larger.

Why does your Ferrari have a Porsche emblem on the steering wheel???

Not even close.....wow. Worst was a 45 degree slide coming out of 10 at 100mph on sunday.

Outstanding catch...good hands. Glad there was no Armco kissing at the end.

Wow that was very close with a very fortunate result. What happened there? You really get a good perspective how much speed you were still carrying at turn-in (what should have been turn-in anyway) from the BMW in-car camera as you go sliding by him.

That one almost got me too. Flat-out on Saturday morning when we had a little bit of dry track. Off-camber and very slick when wet. I had to short shift and slow much more than I expected to once it got wet.

Nevermind facelvega. Just saw your analysis in your other post.
