NJMP just completed construction on theirs. VIR came up with a brilliant concept that others are copying, the two most brilliant elements are 1) saving on towing if you opt to store the car there opposed to at home. It's a safe enclosed environment so UNLESS units are attached with welding allowed in them, I wouldn't hesitate to leave a vehicle there. 2) it makes track users property owners in the area, so if neighbors every complain about noise and push county for a property owners meeting, the track users can show up and present their side as property tax paying owners.
I'm just waiting for a group of 7-8 guys to each get one at various tracks and swap week/weekends with each other for various events.
