Marketing, if there is no drama today the press does not cover it. At the same time I agree grow some thicker skin or better yet beat him. The interview with top gear on the Internet is really first rate.

I think if it was Kimi who said this, everyone would be on the floor laughing. The irony is that a German (albeit a German with a Finnish father) is upset with another German's remark. This is just the way German's are - Blunt to a fault.

Anyone remember VR's post a couple weeks ago when they asked Germans on the street who they thought won "Engine of the Year"? They never even considered a Japanese, American or British engine and when they were told it was a Ford, they cursed and gave no credence that a non-German engine didn't win, let alone a Ford motor.

In all fairness to the other teams personnel soaking their ***** in the pool earlier than the RBR guys get to soak their ***** each Friday, everyone else's season is pretty much over and it's just a formality at this point that RBR wraps up both championships in a race or two.

Aren't there garage time limits? I guess I assumed that they all worked up to the limit, then went home and dipped their ***** together...

I don't think the drivers are so emotional, and in some cases may agree, but the comments was about their crew, and they have to step up and support their team... I don't think it would go over so well if the $10M driver said 'yeah, my guys were dipping their ***** last week and we came in 8th'...

The more interesting point is that it seems to bolster the false presumption that wins are earned somewhere other than the wind tunnel. Might as well 'hang your *****' (weird slang) at the pool.

All the non-RB teams can do is hope Redbull get a visit from bad luck. Adrian Newey has cracked the F1 code but good. Easily McLaren's biggest loss ever.

This thread started with a quote from Oct. 3rd, i think the story began well before that when certain people were complaining about Vettel's dominance and the possibility of cheating. There is a lot of chatter out there and it wasn't started by Vettel.

Now get your ***** out of the pool, pull up your pants and get to work, we want to see a race for the lead before the season is over.
