An average specbox is pretty plug 'n play per the rules. How deep do you want to go? Budget?

Was looking at full build, so "budget" was actually my question. (i.e., what's a typical build cost based on the specs). I understand the ball parks, but wanted a build sheet so I could eyeball the actual parts list.

There one for sale in DFW. Owner has it right now but he's going to put it at RAC soon.
