I use a big Sparco roller bag to contain all my racing gear when I travel for coaching & have to check it as luggage...which is whenever I fly. Had one for ~4 years that eventually wore out about a year ago, so I bought a replacement from OG.

A couple of weeks ago, the extendable handle that makes it easy to roll through airports and hotels came apart in my hand as I was rolling the bag through the Atlanta airport, for reasons unknown.

Mark sent a replacement bag (which arrived this morning) as well as a return label for me to send the broken one back, so Sparco could deal with it, no questions asked.

Now THAT, my friends, is customer service!
