The car looks fantastic, Pete. Really great work.

I thought you sold the car and got out of racing. Not so?

Very interesting choice, first I thought why the hell he did the Stratos but your liking of it makes perfect sense (love that car too).

Very unusual choice for a Porsche... Love it! well executed goo.
Agree about yellow wheels, will look even better with those.

Randy, I was at a point of weakness, but my family and racing buddies convinced me to not sell. Glad they did.

Finn, I thought you'd appreciate the Stratos. I think we're about the same age and were kids in the 70s. Loved that car and had model toys of it.

IT is a departure from the norm for a Porsche, but I had a bit of nostalgia and the wedge shape of both cars was similar.... just the rear window hatch on the 944 is glass and on the Lancia was solid. I didn't put the strips on the roof because my car is a sunroof delete and is not smooth on top and would have been a pain once it got a little sun with peeling etc.

I thought someone would make the comment that "At least Lancia put the engine in the right place" as the rally car was rear engine...

Thanks for the compliments. It's turned out better than I had thought.
