I don't know of any PCA DE group that allows window nets and windows must always be down.

Don't let me sidetrack the thread on this point, but trust me, we run windows up or down in our PCA DE events, it has been that way since I started, I don't know why we are special. If it is warm I will usually run my window net up and window down, but then, if it is warm, I am windsurfing.

Sorry, I forgot to mention - Nord Stern PCA

I hate the indicator to indicate thing. Just two weeks ago I nearly took someone out (exagerated for emphasis) while at a test and tune and a certain person insisted that he was going to use his indicators. As I was approaching him he had one on. Well you can probably guess the rest... He had left it on from a previous passer and when I came up inside him under brakes he very nearly cut across into me as he wasn't expecting me to make a late pass. Point is, hand signals are usually unmistakable (although sometimes incomprehendible), indicators are easily knocked or left on and can cause all sorts of confusion.
