Question 31/71-18 & 27/65-18 on a 996 C4S with Turbo Twists?

Sorry to re-open this thread but alexwagner's response was the closest I could come to finding an answer. I have a 996 C4S and 18" Turbo Twists - I found a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport (wet) Race tires 31/71-18 and 27/65-18 for a ridiculously cheap price. Will they fit under my arches? Was planning to use them for an auto-X tire if the fitment works. FYI: My car is converted to RWD. Thanks!
