Looking forward to it.
My goal for that weekend will be to take the checker in the enduro.
That will mean that I survived all 4 races!

Follow my motto, "If it rain, I abstain!"

Then there's the always popular (especially at Summit Point) "Showers coming Sunday, Saturday night is fun day"..

I Re-....

So we have a 35 minute window to stop, sit in the car, not fuel, and go back out....

I need to drink 40 pounds of water in those 5 minutes to make race-end weight. Will need a bigger straw.

Pablo, you, and any other front engined guys, should come run at Lightning with us, a few weeks before the T-Bolt Showdown. 944Cup is opening a class for more unlimited guys like you. See here:

Registration is open for Rd 4 of the North Chapter at NJMP/Lightning on July 28/29:

http://clubregistration.net/driver/even ... nt_id=4277

This is a 944 Cup North Chapter event featuring practice and qualifying sessions along with 2 points races for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Both Cup and Super Cup classes will be available. Plus, for this weekend there will be a GT class available for front engine Porsches that do not fully meet the performance modifications required by the Cup official rules.

The 944 Cup will have its own run group for this event. Registration fee is $385.

Watcha think?

944's should have their own run group with PCA as well. It would be like a Lemons race....

Frank, We need to be real careful about referring to the old 911's as antiques, our front engine water pumpers have celebrated their 20 year birthdays. We can run historic plates real soon......
