Here is a great transmission from my race car project that I am parting out.

It is close ratio transmission based on an 85 Carrera 915.

This has all of the gears replaced with aftermarket gears including the 1st gear. The 1st gear is taller than stock second gear (almost a 3rd gear) and is usable in very slow corners.

This was a VERY expensive transmission to build. Just the mainshaft to accept alternate 1st gears was $1150 from Gaurd.

It has a factory 930 ZF LSD set up for 80% lockup.

It has just been rebuilt with all new syncros, 3 new dog teeth and 2 new sliders. It is in great shape and ready to go. Oh, and new LSD friction plates.

The case is drilled and tapped (currently has plugs in the holes) for cooling lines (I have the tilton pump and the oil cooler that goes with it that I can sell separately.

It has the Wevo side cover and the Wevo bearing plate as well.

1.89 1st
1.55 2nd
1.26 3rd
1.08 4th
.889 5th

I am parting out my 911 race car project rather than finishing the build. I have decided to go another direction. This trans was put together for me. This is not something that was refreshed to sell.

I am looking for $6500 plus shipping for this unit.
