Surprised and disapointed. Not sure I can root for this guy anymore. Perhaps there's another side to the story?

That is a wild story. I was particularly surprised by the story of him racing in Colorado while there was a warrant for his arrest there.
I was tempted to think that taking advantage of native reservations is somehow worse than taking advantage of other populations, but I guess VR's implicit point is that there's no reason for them not to be just as smart as anyone else who gets duped.
