Default Track wheels

Hello I have searched to no avail for the right answer to my ? About track wheels. So as a starting point I have a 964 wb car that has gone through changes it was a c4 conversion and may now have c2 nb running gear. Only thing I know for sure is the wheels I have now and their decisions along with the size spacers required to make them fit. The goal is to get a lighter track wheel and reduce overall unsprung weight like eliminating the hub extenders. with that said I currently have 8x18 et52 front with a 25mm(1") spacer and 10x18 et 40 rear with a 30mm(1 7/16") spacer. Does any one know what size I should go to? Like do I go to a 17" wheel and if so what offset to remove spacers?

Thanks for any help
