That's awesome. The only pro I've encountered on IR is Max Papis in a SM race at Okayama... I was winning until my girl knocked my internet cable out of my router when she was cleaning. Superfail.

We used to get more pros come racing with our league. Matt Halliday, Pat Long, Patrick Lindsey and others have all taken a shot with our league. I'm really happy with the group we have now. Everyone is very friendly and courteous even when there are some bumps and wrecks. Though as a league, we have improved dramatically over the last couple seasons. I'm glad that we still attract new members and some old ones drop in now and then. I think it keeps me sharp in the off season.

I was my own worst enemy last night, bets starting position I have had and the tires too cold or something in turn 1 and it came around on me. Glad I didn't take anyone else out as far as I could tell.
Once I got going again I was able to keep a constant buffer of 7~8 seconds in front of Justin, until the second to last lap, I need to learn to give a little more room when passing, was passing Eric going down the back straight and Eric looked to start weaving, I was seeing that from others during the practice, didn't understand why people do that?

I've seen the weaving too. I'm not sure that people are actually weaving or that at that speed, with some internet lag, the prediction code goes into a bit of an oscillation. Some times it's rock solid and you can get right beside someone and not worry, with others I give a wide berth and still have close calls.
Next season we're headed west to some of our favorite tracks. I'll try to come up with a schedule today.

Man, looking at that scoring, my Oculus fail at sebring really cost me this season. If it weren't for that, I'd have a 3rd, 5th, and 6th instead of 12/5/6.
-_-
I'm really enjoying the situational/spacial awareness that I'm learning in this league... It really helped over the weekend! Tony and I were definitely comfortable running close in a pack.

Ok, I've run out of tracks in the Americas unless you guys want to run another Roval, an infield road course, or a different version of another track. Suggestions? We did Autoclub last year and it was not a resounding success. Shorten the season to best 4 races out of 5 and then start an international season?

What a horrible race for me last night I had a good practice, good qualif, but in turn one the back end snapped and I hit the wall. I manage to drive it back to pits, quick fix and I'm back out. Only to do the same thing, same spot again a couple of laps later

Sorry I missed the fun last night. Been sick all week with the flu, and was supposed to get on a plane today to head down to Daytona. Fortunately I was able to push that off a day, and have been trying like hell to get better. I couldn't see myself sitting in a cold dank basement for 2 hours as helping me get better to take my trip.

Hey Stephane Sauve, Chris Duggan and I are going to enter a team into this weekends race, one of our guys bailed, we are looking for at least one more guy, runs from 8 AM Sat to 8 AM Sun. You have to have at least a D license with a 4.0 rating to run. Let me know if anyone wants to run.
Burkey
PS we are hoping to get into the same run group with Justin, Jim and Phil, would be nice to, well I will leave that up to your imagination LMAO
