VIR - Help needed for car transport
My wife and I are registered for a DE week-end with PCA First Settlers Sept 24-26. I need suggestions on how to transport the P car from NJ to VIR.
After the event, we are planning to spend a week of vacation touring south VA to visit civil war sites (using another more comfortable street car)
For various reasons, I cannot really drive the P-car there or trailer it myself. I would prefer to ship it.
- Do you know any reliable carriers (at a reasonable cost - my track car is not really in concours shape)? I can be flexible in the shipping dates
- Where/how could the car be received around VIR, stored and shipped back to NJ after the event? (As I would not be present). Maybe a trusted local mechanic shop? Local rennlister?
