Default Program Alert: Set your DVRs

Because so many were not able to watch the F1 race this past Sunday due to the long rain delay and DVRs not set long enough, I thought I post a reminder of the rebroadcast:

SPEEDTV, Tuesday, June 14 2011 -- Canadian GP at 12 noon to 2 p.m. Eastern Time

SPEEDTV, Tuesday, June 14, 2011 -- Lewis Hamilton vs. Tony Stewart, Swaping cars at Watkins Glen, 8 pm. to 8:30 p.m. eastern

Thanks Pete! I had the DVR programmed for the SpeedTV rebroadcast anyway, but now I'm wondering if I need to extend the recording time. Or is it safe to assume that Sunday's delays impacted live TV only?

As far as the F1 race is concerned, it is easier to just download it. But I really am curious about this car swap (specifically how will Tony Stewart do in the F1 car). So that is a must watch and/or DVR opportunity.

According to the program guide, it's 2 hours. I sat through 2+ hours of the rain delay live, I can't imagine SPEED would do that to us........ would they???

I am assuming they have had enough time to edit out the rain delay. They gotta know many people missed the race after the delay. Replaying the rain delay would be a major brain fart.
