Well, Dave... the pile of money picture isn't far from the truth... however, I did scrounge as many parts as I could over the past winter from fellow rennlisters (including the wing, front trunk lid, the Reid Washbon exhaust, etc) and I was able to sell a bunch of stuff to offset some of the costs (including my tail, the supercups, bypass pipes, two sets of wheels, sideskirts, brakes, and a bunch of other tidbits). I got the flares, sideskirts and front bumper from GT Racing... and despite the fact that the fitment wasn't perfect, we made it work (with a lot of help from Peter Dawe this past week). I also had a lot of help from some very generous friends who helped me get through about 90% of the build in my garage (most notably Bob Turgeon, Darren Mingis, Zach Winter, and Jeff Kiersch).
