I used a heavy duty epoxy based porch paint on my trailer floor. Gray color and has worked out great.
It did take a couple days to dry, but oil and grease wipe off easily with no seeping into the wood and not damage to the surface. The only down side is that it is slick when wet. I alos used the stuff on my bench in the trailer and on my workbench at home.
