Hard to say what is widest, but I understand some have run Hoosier R6 285/30R18 on 10" rims with 47mm offset.
It can be a very tight fit. Beware that it can depend on the suspension setup including suspension travel, spring / spring perch diameter and location (i.e. ride height), and other suspension slack (e.g. rubber bushing vs. Euro RS vs. monoball bushing). It can also depend on whether the secondary muffler has been bypassed. Different brands of tires can have different Section Width also.

I'm not sure what's the largest size you can use but I currently use; 255-40-18 (R) and 225-40-18 (F) and have no rubbing issues. My suspension is the H&R Coilovers.

235/35R-18 front, 285/30R-18 R, on 8's and 10's. you have to work the offsets to keep from rubbing, and I ran quite a bit of camber so it buys you a little more room. Fronts have rolled fenders but will rub on the inside rail at full lock, so you want to keep an eye on that or you could suck a fender liner out...if you have them still...
