Default Tour of CCW custom wheel factory in Daytona

I was there yesterday to pick up a new set of single-piece forged aluminum wheels and was amazed by what I saw. It never occurred to me that they start with a big honkin' chunk of aluminum and machine it down. Simply amazing. Their wheels are beautiful.

Here's a link to factory pictures.

Cool. I just bought two sets of single piece forged wheels. Nice to see the raw materials they came from.

I love my CCW's...I've owned 2 sets. I almost sold my CCW's to MikeJim for a different set of CCW's but decided to hang on to them. I just can't see why anyone would pay more for a different brand of forged wheel. Or at the prices of CCW's why in the world someone would go and buy a cast or flow formed wheel. I love my CCW's and wish I had money to buy more. I always try to turn my track friends and students on to CCW.

CCW also makes some really nice looking street style forged wheels too.

Great pictures, cool to see where it all takes place.

Ordered a set of Classics back in June and CCW was great to work with. Took only 3 weeks for them to get to my door after i casually asked if it would be possible to get them a little sooner so i could make a track day.

And "fiteens"

Kind of a cliche' but they do make every customer feel special.

It's really neat what you can do with a CNC machine and a block of aluminum isn't it? Makes a bunch of chips to carve a wheel.
