energy drinks
I usually stick with water and gatorade, but at BMW events I keep drinking Red Bull even though I don't really like it. They have a really helpful representative handing out samples from her tool belt and I just cannot be rude and say no. She looked a lot like this corporate rep.

Just look at this thread, all kind of info about performance drinks, dehydrations, not to eat pulled pork sandwiches etc. etc.
Have you guys seen the 80% of the club racers out there?
Those fat asses can't/don't want to live 2 hrs without pork in their system, telling them to not eat burgers and giving them Gatorade is like telling Lance Armstrong to put down a pastrami reuben while his bicycling through French alps...
VR's beer stetson and Talisker are so far the only advices those guys will take to heart.

They had promo girls at Summit a year ago (local talent) promoting the new karting track. We just got done our first race and they came over in a golf cart to hand out coupons for intro laps. My wife was instructing and had just been dropped off by her student. Buddy narc'd on me saying " he was just checking out that girl on the golf kart!!!" Her reply to him, "better that than your sorry ***!!!"
